About the Therapist
As a person-centred counsellor I work at your pace and adapt to work in a way that suits you. Everyone is different so I offer therapy that is tailored to my individual clients and their needs. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, as well as experience in basic cognitive behavioural techniques. I am currently an online therapist, which gives you the benefit of having your counselling session in the safety and comfort of your own home and without the hassle of travel or parking.
