LGBTQ+ THERAPY
As a trainee psychotherapist, I have solid experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, particularly with LGBTQ+ refugees, asylum seekers, and trans and non-binary clients. This has deepened my understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by marginalized groups, including trauma, identity struggles, and societal discrimination. I have honed my skills in providing a compassionate, affirming, and inclusive therapeutic space, supporting clients in navigating issues such as transitioning, cultural displacement, and intersectional identities. My work is grounded in empathy and respect, fostering healing and growth in individuals facing complex and deeply personal challenges.
MULTI- LINGUAL THERAPY
I offer therapy in French, English, and German, drawing on a deep understanding of multiculturalism and intersectionality. My approach is sensitive to the complexities of diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Whether you are navigating cultural differences or facing unique challenges related to race, gender, or sexuality, I provide a safe, empathetic space to explore and grow, fostering personal well-being through an inclusive, multilingual lens.
MENIERE'S & VESTIBULAR DISORDERS
As a trainee psychotherapist personally affected by Meniere’s disease, I specialize in supporting individuals living with vestibular disorders. I understand firsthand the daily challenges of vertigo, hearing impairment, and the emotional distress these conditions can bring. My lived experience allows me to offer compassionate, tailored support to help you navigate the uncertainty, anxiety, and lifestyle adjustments that come with vestibular conditions. Together, we can explore ways to manage the emotional and psychological impact, helping you regain confidence and improve your overall well-being. You don’t have to face this alone—I’m here to support you.
