About the Therapist
There are many reasons why somebody may consider seeking counselling - including (but certainly not limited to) general unease, coping with burnout, anxiety, the stressors and pressures of modern society, life transitions, or navigating complex relationships.
I offer therapy that holds space for your full humanity - including the parts shaped by systems that were never built with you in mind. My approach is affirming, justice-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens not just within us, but through community, connection and purpose. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or something else altogether - I hope you can find a safe space here.
My own journey through adversity and my search to reconcile my identities and experiences led me to counselling and other healing practices, and to caring roles. My gender identity and queerness show up in my work through a deep commitment to collective care, resistance, and creating space where people can feel seen.
Reaching out when seeking counselling is not always easy and so requires a sensitivity and respect on the part of the therapist. If you are ready to take that step, then I would be glad to hear from you.Â

I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I aim to understand and honour the different parts and experiences that make up a person in their fullness.Â
It also means that, throughout counselling, I adapt my approach to suit your unique needs. To do so, I draw on different counselling theories – mainly the humanistic, existential and psychodynamic. Trauma-informed, justice-oriented and anti-oppressive principles are at the heart of my approach.
You determine what you would like from counselling. My aim is to provide a kind, informed, genuine and non-judgemental space wherein you can explore, according to your pace and comfort, some of what could be happening for you - past, present and future.
Neuroaffirming practice
Whether in therapy, mentoring, psychoed or consultancy, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly Autistic people and those with ADHD. My philosophy is shaped by my own lived experience of neurodivergence, and commitment to anti-oppressive practices and inclusivity.Â
I believe in building relationships that facilitate insight, ease and growth, combining creativity, experience, person-centredness and a trauma-informed practice to do so.Â
If you feel like the world wasn't built for your brain, your identity or your pace - I would be glad to hear from you.

My fee is £55/hour. As part of my commitment to social justice and accessibility, I offer a number of low-cost spaces for which I operate a sliding scale.
I do not charge for initial sessions unless you and I decide to proceed with sessions together. In this instance, the initial session would be charged as standard.
