Shannon Louise
About the Therapist
I offer both online and in-person sessions for individuals and couples. I care deeply about creating a safe, trusting environment where you can feel heard, explore how you’re feeling, and connect with your own inner strength.
I work in an integrative and flexible way, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs. I recognise that no two people (or couples) are the same, and what works for one might not work for another.
Whether you’re looking to build self-confidence, challenge self-limiting beliefs, make meaningful changes, or improve your relationships - with yourself or with others; we can work together in a way that feels right for you. I also work with a range of other concerns, and you’re not limited to just one area of focus, our work can shift and change as you do.

I have several years of experience supporting people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, identity, sexuality, body image, relationship with food, stress management, and family dynamics.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
As a couples therapist, I have completed accredited training in supporting neurodiverse relationships. This includes working with couples where one or both partners may be autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. I bring a neuro-affirming, tailored approach in a way that respects each person’s individuality.
My training also supports those wanting individual therapy, in exploring relationship challenges linked to neurodiversity.Â
Availability & information:
You’re welcome to choose whether online or in-person sessions work best for you, or a blend of both, depending on your needs. Session frequency is also flexible: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly options are available. If your schedule tends to vary, I offer flexible appointments so you don’t have to commit to the same day and time each week.
I work Monday to Saturday, offering both morning and evening appointments during the week, and morning appointments on Saturdays.
