About the Therapist
My name is Jonathan and I’m a qualified Integrative therapist offering affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I work both online and in person from my Manchester Square and Hendon practice offering a calm, confidential space to explore whatever brings you to therapy, whether it may be identity, relationships, trauma, shame, or the desire for deeper self-understanding. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, grounded in curiosity and care. I aim to meet you as you are, and work at your pace. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, and I hold a strong commitment to anti-oppressive practice.

I hold a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling and psychotherapy and work with adults in private practice. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic traditions, with a particular interest in how early experiences, attachment, and unconscious processes shape our present lives. I also draw on transpersonal perspectives where appropriate, especially in relation to identity, meaning, and inner growth.
I have experience working with clients across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and am committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming. I welcome explorations around gender, sexuality, shame, trauma, relationships, and the search for authenticity.
