About the Therapist
I’m a counsellor with a background in working across a range of services, from schools and Pupil Referral Units to residential care and mental health settings. I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect to the work I do, always tailoring sessions to meet you where you are. With over ten years of experience, I specialise in working with young people, families, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, loss, and life transitions. I work from a trauma-informed, relational approach underpinned by connection. Sessions are shaped by your pace and your goals, I use a blend of talking therapy, coaching techniques, and creative tools depending on what feels right for you.Alongside counselling, I’ve worked in safeguarding, led wellbeing programmes, and co-authored resources around trauma-informed practice. Whether you’re exploring identity, feeling stuck, or ready to reconnect with yourself, therapy with me is about building trust and creating space to explore safely.
