About the Therapist
I am a neurodiversity advocate with experience working with autistic folks, and I have experience helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, and complex relationship challenges. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and groups in a variety of settings. I spent several years working in a behavioral health hospital, where I provided group music therapy to adults living with depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges. In addition to my hospital work, I’ve spent three years in private practice, offering therapy to individuals and families, and focusing on young adults with autism.

You can find more about my practice on my website:
And you can find me on the CBMT directory of board certified music therapists here.
I also host free community music groups in Berlin. An open discussion for music lovers, listen to music and talk about what it means to you. Bring a song to share that’s been on repeat and tell us what you love about it. Get new music recommendations. Like a book club but for songs. Join the Telegram group to find out about upcoming events.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, creative, and rooted in understanding how our past shapes our present. I believe that the relationships and experiences we have in childhood play a significant role in shaping who we are today. Reflecting on these dynamics can give insight to patterns, process unresolved emotions, how they influence your current beliefs, behaviors, and relationships.
In our conversations I aim to create an environment where you can openly work through your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, I like to incorporate creative outlets to help you express and explore emotions that might be harder to put into words. This might include lyric analysis of songs that resonate with your experiences, using music making and art as a mirror to reflect on personal challenges and deeper feelings, and creative prompts. I believe in approaching creativity with curiosity, exploring how it can help you connect with your inner thoughts and uncover new perspectives.
My goal is to help you feel empowered to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you and build sense of self you’re truly proud of.
