I utilize an eclectic mix of modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I believe that you are the expert on your own life. I work alongside clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. I hold a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and have over 15 years of experience in Child Welfare, Foster Care, and Adolescent & Adult Mental Health. My intention is for every client to feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow into their most authentic self.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. My standard session fee ranges from $110 to $190, with a sliding scale available based on financial need.
