About the therapist:
I provide therapy online and in person from my base in Glasgow. My practice offers a supportive space for clients exploring anxiety, identity, relationship tension, or the longer-term effects of stress and emotional disconnection. Many of the people I work with are LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent, and I offer a way of working that’s collaborative, body-aware, and grounded in emotional presence. Experience and approach:
My approach blends person-centred therapy with mindfulness and nervous system awareness. I work gently and relationally, helping clients build emotional resilience and reconnect with themselves—especially when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I have experience supporting people living with chronic fatigue, neurodivergence (including ADHD and dyslexia), anxiety, grief, and recovery from addiction or compulsive behaviours. Alongside conversation, I may offer grounding tools—like breathwork, gentle movement, or focusing practices—to support self-regulation and awareness. The process is always collaborative, guided by your needs and readiness.
