Ernesto
About the Therapist
My name is Ernesto, an integrative psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience. I began my clinical work at Naz Project London and 56 Dean Street, supporting LGBTQ+ clients with sexuality, identity, relationships, and sexual health. I have postgraduate training in attachment, which shapes how I explore the impact of early experiences on present patterns of relating.
I now work fully online with people from diverse backgrounds on issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, sexuality, life changes, and separations. I offer a regular space to reflect, understand, and work through what feels most difficult.

My way of working is integrative, which means I bring together different strands of therapy in response to the particular needs of each person. Rather than applying a fixed method, I pay attention to what feels most pressing and what may be repeating beneath the surface. Sessions take place weekly online, giving you a regular space to pause, notice, and make sense of what is happening in your life. This can include struggles with anxiety, depression, questions of identity or sexuality, the impact of separations, or the challenge of navigating major life changes.
