I started as a therapist and know the value of being supported in this way. Life coaching was a natural progression to this as it feels lot easier to achieve your life goals with someone who knows how to work with you therapeutically and knows how to identify and work through the blocks you may have.
Working with someone who can do both means that, as a team, we have a greater skill set and more ability to build a path towards your end goals.

Experience and approach:

I work integratively, which means I can use a range of different techniques, depending on what works for your individual set of circumstances and your personality.
Although you may have a goal that is fairly common, the experiences, perceptions and identity that makes you you is unique and so a ‘one-size fits all’ approach is less likely to work. Being able to understand you and move, as needed, between the therapeutic and coaching spaces makes the chances of success in your achievements much higher.

Please note coaching is not therapy. It may be that we need to pause and do some therapy work, which is more about healing, as part of the process, but I am always happy to adjust to what you may want or need at the time.
