Silvia Noe - Online Counselling
About the Therapist
Welcome, I’m Silvia. I support people through anxiety, low self-confidence, depression, unresolved trauma, painful relationship patterns, grief, and major life changes. Some of my clients describe feeling stuck or disconnected, unsure how to move forward. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to find a way forward that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
For the past five years, I’ve gained extensive experience across the NHS, community services, charities, and the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve worked in an NHS bereavement service, supporting people through the raw pain of loss; in community services, alongside those who had lived through or witnessed trauma; and with expats struggling with homesickness and isolation. I’ve also volunteered within the LGBTQ+ community, supporting those navigating challenges around identity, acceptance, and belonging.
What these experiences have taught me is simple but powerful: having a safe, compassionate space where you can be truly heard can make all the difference. That’s what I aim to offer in our work together.
You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear idea of what you want to work on — we can discover that together, at your own pace. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it’s also the beginning of change.
I am a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I adhere to their ethical standards and professional guidelines.

In our work together, my approach offers you both depth and warmth: I listen carefully, without judgment, and work alongside you at your pace. I bring both professional training and a genuine interest in who you are as a person, not just the difficulties you’re facing. This means our work is about helping you reach lasting change in a way that feels safe, thoughtful, and uniquely tailored to you.
Therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions. Instead of being caught in cycles of depression, anxiety, self-doubt, or shame, you’ll begin to feel clearer about where these feelings come from — and more able to move through them with confidence and eventually break free from their weight.
As this clarity grows, many people notice they stop feeling trapped in old patterns, feeling freer in relationships, less weighed down by the pressure to hide parts of yourself, and more able to connect openly and honestly with others.
Over time, you can expect to feel more grounded, balanced, and compassionate toward yourself. Everyday life may start to feel lighter and steadier, with a stronger sense of pride, belonging, and the freedom to live more authentically.
If this speaks to you, reach out when you’re ready — we can begin wherever you are.
