About the Therapist
My approach to therapy is laid back, candid, collaborative and consent driven. I aim to offer a non-judgemental space for you to come exactly as you are and be met with compassion, understanding and care. For me, therapy is about working together to understand yourself, your challenges and find ways to navigate difficulties.
I am a pluralistic therapist, meaning there is no single approach to therapy for me (or you). We will collaborate on finding ways of working that best suit you and your needs. I work to bring my whole self to our sessions, so you can bring yours, just as you are.
I am primarily influenced by psychodynamic theories, person centred therapy and sociological and philosophical approaches to psychology. This means I often look beyond the present issue to consider if other factors, experiences or patterns may be around for you.
I have experience with, but am not limited to the following;
anxiety, depression, identity issues, relational difficulties, grief, childhood trauma, changing patterns of behaviour, gender or sexuality issues, existential, spiritual or religious challenges, neurodivergence, finding meaning, kink and BDSM, understanding and navigating complex emotions and trauma

My fees are sliding scale with limited low-income spaces. This allows those who cannot pay more to still access therapy, and for those who can to support the lower priced spaces available. Fees range between £60 and £90 based on a pay-what-you-can model.
