Psychotherapy and Counselling
I have been working in a therapeutic capacity since 1999. My early work was rooted in the humanistic and person-centred approach. Over time, I have developed an integrative, relational, and embodied way of working. This allows therapy to evolve around each person’s needs and what feels most helpful for them.
Supervision
I’ve been offering supervision since 2004, working with both individuals and groups from a wide range of therapeutic backgrounds, including Humanistic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Integrative, Jungian, Psychodynamic, and CAT approaches. I am particularly interested in how relational dynamics play out in therapy. Since 2015, I have been part of a professional development group exploring the role of enactment in the therapeutic process. This has deepened my understanding of how to identify and work with complex relational moments and then transform them into opportunities for growth.
