I am a neurodiverse CIS Bi sex positive woman of colour. I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Counsellor and Supervisor, specialising in working with people who are from LGBTQ+, Trans and neurodiverse communities and folk in international/intercultural relationships. In addition I am experienced in working with people in multi partnered relationships, and those curious about and wishing to explore CNM and polyamory. I mainly work on line, but if you would like to work face to face I can work out of a practice in Bath.

Experience and approach:

I am a highly experienced Relate-trained Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist. I will shortly qualify as a Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Therapist (out of control sexual behaviour) working with people in intimate partnerships of two, three or more people wishing to resolve the difficulties they are facing, whether they are of a traditional (e.g. communication) or more contemporary nature, such as deciding to open up your relationship or navigating polyamory.

I offer short solution focused work of 6 to 8 weeks to resolve specific problems and longer term work for people seeking to make fundamental changes and/or seeking support with life transitions. My practice is pluralistic, so I will work with you in the way it suits you best. My theoretical foundation is systemic and compassionate so I work with the stories you hold, old and new, supporting you to create the future you desire.

As my client I work with you in the way that best meets your needs. Having said that, I do love art and music, so if you’re up for it, we can use creative media to help you access your deeper self.
