I specialise in working with LBGTQ+ clients, neurodiversity, bereavement, trauma, and CPTSD. Neurodiversity often goes hand-in-hand with gender non-conformity, and as a neurodivergent therapist myself, I am here to understand and explore those experiences.

Experience and approach:

I have extensive experience working alongside people in the trans, queer, and neurodiverse communities, and I have found those experiences to be deeply enriching. Whether it's exploring identity, building resilience, or creating a safe space to breathe, I've been humbled by the stories and the courage my clients brought to the sessions. I draw from those shared journeys and create a safe space where we can explore identities, heal wounds, and grow together.

The beauty of being an integrative psychotherapist involves being able to tailor the therapy according to the client's individual needs. I believe there is no 'one shoe fits all'. For example, neurodivergent clients require a different approach to neurotypical ones. I use the multiple theories I'm trained in to collaboratively work with you and figure out what works best for us in this journey.

Life is complicated, but therapy shouldn't be. I offer an initial free consultation (15 minutes) to understand if we would be a good fit. Individual sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes, with limited £35 slots for low-income clients and students.
