I am a neurodiversity affirming counsellor and come from a background of working with young adults and adults with neurodiversities and have an understanding of masking, rejection sensitivity, executive functioning issues and many of the other presentations of Autism and ADHD and how these can affect mental health.Â
I am a lived experience queer counsellor and can help those in the LGBTQ+ community come to terms with their identity and any challenges they may face. I can help you navigate complex family relationships and non-traditional romantic and sexual relationships as a non-monogamy and kink-informed practitioner.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

I am trained in person-centred counselling which puts you, the client, at the centre of our work. You get to shape the way in which our sessions go and I will be there to extend empathy, reflection and open questions to help you understand yourself.
I charge £40 per 50 minute session.
