I am a neurodiversity affirming counsellor and come from a background of working with young adults and adults with neurodiversities and have an understanding of the variety of presentations of Autism and ADHD and how this can affect mental health.

I am a lived experience queer counsellor and can help those in the LGBTQ+ community come to terms with their identity and any challenges they may face.
