In my practice I have worked with people who struggled with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, complicated relationships, and various losses throughout their lives. In my experience these issues and many more can be worked through by counselling. I offer a space where you can explore your identity, your difference and uniqueness and how you want to live your life.

Experience and approach:

I am a psychodynamic counsellor and I have been working as a counsellor since 2019. I offer long-term counselling with weekly sessions. My experience includes working with neurodivergent people, gay and lesbian clients navigating their monogamous or non-monogamous relationships, and clients from various backgrounds trying to overcome anxiety, attachment issues or traumatic childhood experiences. I work with individuals over the age of 18. My practice is based in Basingstoke. I am a registered member of BACP.
