Mark Greenaway-Robbins, London
About the Therapist
I'm an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults in private practice in-person in London. I offer therapy to LGBTQIA+ and GSRD clients seeking a reflective, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, faith and life transitions. My work is relational and collaborative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches. I place particular value on autonomy, emotional safety, and working at a pace that feels right for you, attending closely to the therapeutic relationship itself as a source of healing and change.

I bring several years’ experience working therapeutically with adults exploring identity, relationships, faith, trauma and life transitions. Alongside my psychotherapy training, I draw on over three decades of pastoral, relational and reflective work with individuals and communities, which strongly informs my capacity to sit with complexity, doubt and change. I have a particular interest in supporting people impacted by spiritual trauma, faith deconstruction, and minority stress. My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-aware. I work collaboratively, valuing immediacy, authenticity and emotional safety, and adapt therapy to the needs, pace and context of each client. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and gender, sexual and relationship diversity, and work without pathologising difference, offering a grounded space in which clients can explore and re-shape their sense of self with care and autonomy.
