I offer psychodynamic counselling - a therapeutic approach that goes beyond your immediate concerns to gently explore how earlier experiences and relationship patterns influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours today.

My sessions provide a safe, confidential environment where you can speak freely about whatever is troubling you, knowing that your feelings will be met with empathy and respect.

Together, we can address patterns that might be holding you back, build emotional resilience, and strengthen your confidence - both individually and in your relationships with others.
