About the Therapist
Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or redefining what you want from life, therapy can provide a safe environment to do so. Together, we can create clarity, empower your sense of self, and help you feel more present and authentic in your relationships. I support individuals, couples, and groups in reflecting on experiences, making authentic choices, and building a life that aligns with their values and aspirations.

I use an integrative approach, drawing on multiple therapeutic models including Analytic Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness, and Mentalisation-Based Therapy. My work is informed by sensitivity to diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, trauma, and neurodiversity.
My intention is to work together to explore new perspectives, support your personal growth, and help you live more authentically through:
- Exploring gender and sexual identity
- Exploring possibilities for engaging in intimacy and sex
- Understanding emotional triggers, depression and trauma
- Navigating trauma or neurodivergent experiences
- Developing healthier life goals and more fulfilling relationships
We can start with a 30-minute informal phone or Zoom call, where you can share what brings you to therapy and ask any questions you may have about my practice. Then we can decide together whether working together would be helpful for you.
I practice in English and Greek, offering both online sessions and a combination of face-to-face and online sessions in London.
