About the Therapist
Being a counsellor is more than just a career for me; it is a privilege. I believe that being invited into the most personal corners of someone’s life is a profound responsibility, and I am deeply committed to showing up for my clients with authenticity, warmth, and empathy.
My counselling approach is person-centred; I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever you wish to throughout your therapeutic journey. My belief is that you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to support you in exploring your deeper thoughts and feelings in order to gain a greater understanding of your authentic self.
Whether you are navigating a difficult time, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, I am here to walk alongside you whilst you do so.
