About the Therapist
with over 20 years’ experience working across specialist mental health settings. I now work in private practice, offering a supportive, collaborative space for young people and adults.
I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and individuals exploring gender identity. I aim to provide an affirming, respectful environment where you feel safe to explore your identity, relationships, and any challenges you may be facing — without judgement or assumption.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models to suit you as an individual. These include person-centred therapy, Gestalt, transactional analysis and other approaches, alongside my clinical experience, to create a flexible and responsive way of working.
I believe therapy should feel human, relational and grounded. I work at your pace, with care and curiosity, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on for you.
I am a neuroaffirming therapist and have many years of clinical experience, including specialist work in gender identity and treatment pathways. I have also worked within LGBTQ+ helpline services and have a well-rounded understanding of the community, both professionally and personally.
