My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I aim to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and identity openly, at your own pace. Together we can begin to understand the origins of long-standing patterns, make sense of difficult feelings, and find ways of relating to yourself and others with more clarity and compassion.
