I work in-person (Hove) and online, and offer free 20-minute introductory calls to those interested in working together.
Life ain’t perfect and neither are we. That’s why I love working with real folk, connecting with them to better understand their unique experience of this world and the challenges they may be facing so that they can make positive, meaningful changes to support their mental health long after they’ve left the therapy room.
If you’re interested in knowing what else brings me joy - collecting vinyl, reading, sea-dipping, creating art, and my whippet Cora-Gene are a good place to start.
That’s me, Taz. It’s ace to meet you.

My psychodynamic approach is person-centred, meaning I’ll provide a deeply human, non-judgemental, and empathetic space for you to explore your emotions and experiences, gently challenge you to sit with the hard feelings, and meet them with curiosity so that you can identify within yourself the tools and resources you already have to face the difficult days, inside and outside the therapy room.
Art-making in sessions is always optional so we can work verbally, creatively, or combine the two based on your preference. However you’re wanting to express yourself, I’ll meet you where you are.
I’ve experience working in settings including the charity sector, hospice world, and secondary education, and have a particular depth of experience working with grief and bereavement – an area that is a deep passion of mine and one that I champion the conversation of in my day-to-day work and writing.
