I am a gay woman in my 40s. I understand there are both joys and challenges in being gay. My first experience of counselling was exploring and understanding my sexuality so I know the value of having a space where you can talk freely without judgement.
I understand how helpful it can be to speak with someone who doesn’t require an explanation of your life experiences, so you can focus fully on what matters to you. My approach is collaborative and exploratory, working at your pace and focusing on what feels most important to you.
I am a registered and accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

I’m a person-centred counsellor with six years’ experience in private practice. Alongside this I work as a university counsellor supporting students with anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, relationships, identity and self-esteem. This has given me extensive experience working with young adults and the pressures they face. For my information please see my website.
My fees are £50 for a 50 minute session.
