Every client is unique, bringing with them a lifetime of experiences, beliefs and behaviours. Because of this, I take an integrative approach to therapy. This means that I combine different types of therapy according to what each client wants from their sessions.
My core counselling and psychotherapy training is in person-centred, psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies, so you can expect our work together to draw on these approaches.
