Peggy Bishop
About the Therapist
I offer a safe environment where individuals are able to express themselves without being judged. Somewhere where you are accepted and celebrated for who you are. A place where together, we can explore emotions and any difficulties you may be experiencing and discover coping strategies that work for you.
I feel that there is a huge need for more support for our children and young people. I have a specialist interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a deep understanding of the issues and problems that the LGBTQIA+ community is affected by. I want to help give a voice to those in the community, a chance to be heard and to know that they have a safe place where they can do so.
As I, myself, am neurodivergent, I have an understanding of what it is like to live in a world that is not designed for you. For neurodivergent clients, I can offer an understanding, non-judgmental ear and provide you with tools to help you in a world that was not designed for us.
