LGBTQ+ adults navigating life transitions, masking/unmasking, and the impact of minority stress.
Neurodivergent clients seeking a pace, language, and sensory environment that fits.
I have extensive experience in helping others work through and process significant trauma.
I also am a lecturer on a university counselling course.

What to expect

Sessions in a calm room in Folkestone or online via secure video.
Focus: making unconscious processes more conscious, so you can choose differently; tuning into the body as a source of information and resilience; understanding intergenerational narratives that keep you stuck.
