About the Therapist
People come to me because something's adrift.
They're living a life that looks successful from the outside, but feels increasingly compromised inside.
Many face a decision they're unwilling to make or a reckoning they're struggling to accept. For some, a personal or professional crisis means they have no real alternative but to seek help.
Living and working in the queer community, particularly those who live full lives with significant responsibility, has taught me that below the surface are relationships under strain.
They manifest in the conversations you have with yourself when you're unable to sleep. They emerge from the friction between how people see you and how you want to be seen.
Sometimes, familiar issues keep showing up in different forms, refusing to settle no matter how many tools and techniques you try.
Almost always, the impact of your thoughts and feelings makes it too difficult to justify carrying on regardless.
I'm here to listen and to help you navigate the challenges you're facing whenever you're ready.

I have a kind and supportive nature, but my years in the corporate arena have also made me clear and direct.
I'm very liberal-minded, curious, and compassionate and won't be fazed by whatever it is you want to share.
My style suits those who are ready to look at what's holding them back and what they could do differently, more or less of, to move away from current discomfort and towards contentment.
