About the Therapist
I work compassionately and sensitively, building a space that is safe and free from judgement. It is here that we are able to explore issues, thoughts and feelings that maybe you haven't been able to explore alone. We will work together towards reaching the heart of the issue. This may be a specific concern at present or a theme or undercurrent of something older.
At the core of our work together is you and supporting you through healing and growth.
I have volunteered at Futureworks, supporting students with the pressures of University and mental health related issues. I also volunteered at the LGBT Foundation as a volunteer counsellor.
I currently work as a Trauma Informed Therapist at a Male Survivor charity, a charity that supports male, trans and nonbinary survivors of sexual harm, abuse and exploitation.

My therapeutic practice is rooted in the Person-Centred Approach, meaning I believe that you are the expert on your own life and experiences. At the heart of our work together is the therapeutic relationship itself: creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted and understood. From this foundation, we can explore whatever has brought you to therapy, whether it is a specific difficulty in the present or something deeper that has been carried for a long time.
I have particular experience working with Autism and ADHD, as well as supporting people navigating cultural identity, gender identity, sexuality, sexual harms and trauma and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
Through my training and my work, I have had the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences, challenges and strengths. I have worked alongside people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity-related concerns, and those who may simply feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from themselves.
