I’m Simone, an integrative counsellor (MBACP) based in West London and online. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity. My approach is collaborative, creative, and trauma-informed, blending reflective techniques, mindfulness, and multicultural awareness to support insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I particularly understand the pressures of societal expectations, gender norms, and cultural transitions, and I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Therapy is offered in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Daytime Sessions (8am - 4pm): £70 per session*
Evening Sessions (starting after 4pm): £80 per session*
Sliding Scale Rates (subject to availability): Starting from £50 per session (see details below).

Our initial online consultation will last 20 minutes and is free of charge.
Sliding Scale Rates
I understand that financial circumstances can vary, and I am committed to making therapy accessible. Therefore, I offer a limited number of spots at a reduced rate on a sliding scale based on income, starting from £50 per session. Eligibility for sliding scale rates will be discussed during the initial consultation based on your financial circumstances.
Short-term and One-off Sessions (availability and suitability to be discussed during initial consultation): From £80 per session*
*If you wish to contribute more than the standard fees applied, any additional amount paid will help subsidise the cost for clients who may need financial support, allowing them to access counselling at a reduced rate. Your generosity can make a significant difference in ensuring therapy is accessible to those whose financial circumstances may otherwise limit their ability to seek help.
This pricing structure reflects my commitment to ethical practice as outlined by the BACP, ensuring therapy remains accessible while maintaining fairness.
