About the Therapist
During our initial sessions, we'll take time to gently explore what's been weighing on you and work together to create a plan that supports you. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and grounding—never rushed, always mindful of what you need in the moment. Most of my clients notice a gradual easing of symptoms within the first month, with steady, continued improvement as we go.
I offer therapy sessions Monday - Friday, in-person (I am based near Maidstone in Kent) or online via video
