I offer no obligation Introductory Session (15 minutes) to introduce myself and importantly, offer an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my practice and counselling or we can arrange an initial Counselling Session (50 minutes) which will allow more time for you to share what you would like from counselling to ensure that you can get the best from therapy.Please contact me to arrange a date & time for this introductory session. I aim to respond to emails within 24 hours.I provide 50-minute online sessions.
