Support with OCD and other mental health difficulties

I am a qualified Psychotherapist who specialises in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation  and Reprocessing). I am also a trained mental health nurse and worked in this field for many years before re-training a psychotherapist. I have experience of working with people who experience trauma, anxiety and depression. I have worked with a diverse range of people and I will adapt my practice to incorporate your own background, race, religion and beliefs into our treatment plan. As a queer therapist I have a keen interest in working with those who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community and specialise in trauma, low self esteem, anxiety disorders and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).
