About the Therapist
I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapist working in King’s Cross (London), Hitchin (Hertfordshire), and online.
My background includes senior leadership roles in finance and private healthcare, which shaped my understanding of how people cope with pressure and identity challenges. I’ve also worked as a therapist at London Friend, the UK’s oldest LGBTQ+ charity, deepening my connection to and understanding of queer experiences.
As a queer therapist, I offer a safe, affirming space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity, shame, anxiety, internalised homophobia, trauma, neurodivergence, family and cultural pressures, and the richness of relationship diversity. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your identity or seeking deeper healing and growth, therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs. All of you is welcome.

I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapist with specialist training in mindfulness, group analysis, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy. I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including as a therapist at London Friend, supporting clients from across the LGBTQIA+ community through a wide range of life challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply compassionate. I draw on psychodynamic, existential, and body-based therapies, always tailoring our work to what feels most helpful and safe for you. I’m especially interested in how early experiences, including those shaped by marginalisation or caregiving, live on in our bodies and relationships.
Together, we’ll explore how you cope, what you value, and what changes might bring you more choice, connection, and peace. I also offer LGBTQ+ therapy groups—confidential spaces to reflect, connect, and find support among peers who understand your experience.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs, creating a space where you can heal, grow, and be your full self.
