As a gay therapist, I combine lived experience with specialist training to support LGBTQ+ clients navigating a variety of challenges. I understand how growing up in a world that doesn’t always accept or reflect who we are can impact our self-esteem, relationships, and sense of safety within ourselves.
I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to what feels most helpful and supportive for you. My approach is relational and client-centered, focused on building a trusting, respectful, and affirming space.
I have experience and specialised training in working with trans clients and those involved with chemsex, alongside supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, shame, internalised homophobia, coming out, body image concerns, overthinking, and challenges around sex and intimacy. I aim to help you explore these complex issues and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll work on understanding the roots of your struggles, helping you feel less isolated, and reconnecting with your authentic self—always free from judgement.
