I have a strong commitment to diversity, and I am an LGBTQIA+ inclusive counsellor, offering a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

Our initial session lasts 50 minutes and is a gentle starting point for us to begin getting to know each other. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue afterwards, the choice is entirely yours. This first session is a chance to see how we feel working together and whether counselling with me feels like the right fit for you. I’ll ask some questions and take a few details to help us begin our work together in a way that feels safe and supportive.
If you decide to continue, we’ll arrange a mutually convenient time for ongoing sessions. These will also be 50 minutes long and can take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you.
I see clients during the weekdays and some evenings during the week.Â
At the moment I have availability for online sessions.
