Alison Goldie
About the Therapist
I work in person, from my home in the Eden Valley, online using Zoom, or on the phone. I am passionate about helping people become their most authentic selves, and healing from past trauma's, relationships and experiences in order to live their lives as fully as possible. I came to working as a therapist following my own life changing experiences as a client and I truly know the power and importance that therapy can have on a person's life. My position as a therapist is not one I take for granted, and it is a privilege to work along side my clients.

I am also continually reading and expanding my knowledge in other ways, so if you are unsure if I have the skills able to work with what you want, please, just reach out and ask.
I am currently undertaking my second Diploma in order to specialise in Sex and Relationship Therapy. This diploma should complete around March 2026.

I am continually learning and expanding my knowledge base and ensuring I am up to date with the latest research. Although I am TA based, I consider myself integrative as a therapist as I will always draw on a variety of approaches in order to help my clients in the way that is best suited to them. I work in a relaxed and friendly environment and approach. The process of therapy can be incredibly daunting and I want to make it as accessible and enjoyable as possible for my clients.
I am currently training as a Psychosexual Counsellor and able to work with a range of sexual dysfunction issues such as erectile dysfunction, low desire, orgasm problems, pain with penetration and more. Please contact me for more information.
