About the therapist:

I am a certified, fully insured and accredited hypnotherapist and counsellor, working holistically and drawing on years of learning in person-centered holistic, motivational and personal development counselling. I live in West Wales, but work online and telephone as well as in person.

I work compassionately and confidently with queer, gender questioning and trans issues, having both lived and professional experience in the areas of LGBTQ+, polyamory and ENM, Kink, Neurodivergence, alternative lifestyles, gender and sexuality, as well as having completed the Pink Therapy therapy trainer's course on Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversities (GSRD) therapy. The majority of my clients fit in these area but I also have clients outside these areas and am more than happy to help you explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space by also having lived experience in these communities

Experience and approach:

I provide a person centred, integrative approach with a psychodynamic lean. I believe in empowering the client to being a well informed expert on themselves. I use psycho-education and self help tools to help clients navigate their daily lives.

I use several tools, including Hypnotherapy, Regression, Rewinding, Family Constellation Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness Coaching and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversities theory. These tools aim to root out issues stemming from adverse childhood events, life experiences and trauma, and work to mitigate their effects which can lead to a negative self-image in adulthood.
