I have been working with people looking for help with their mental health for over a decade but it all started with my own personal journey. Like many LGBT people I needed help and time from others to grow into myself. Whilst I don't share my personal journey with clients I like to think it brings humility to my work. In my work I don't give people the answers, rather psychotherapy to me is where I encourage and support people to fully discover themselves.
I am a BACP registered psychotherapist: Alun Davies - therapist in london-se1 | BACP
