Sofia Remountaki - Psychotherapist and Supervisor (BACP, UKCP)
About the Therapist
Hello, I’m Sofia. I am a warm, needs-informed and inclusive psychotherapist committed to diversity, equity and respect across race, culture, ability, gender and sexuality. People of all ages and backgrounds are warmly welcomed to my practice.
My training is Integrative and my way of working is Pluralistic. This means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches—including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Art Therapy and CBT—to support the unique needs, preferences and goals of each person I work with.
I offer an LGBTQ+ affirming, respectful and non-judgemental space where clients can explore identity, relationships, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, and other concerns at their own pace. Together, we can find ways of working that feel meaningful and supportive for you.

Since qualifying as a psychotherapist, I have worked in a variety of settings with neurotypical and neurodivergent adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and a range of other emotional and psychological concerns.
I have particular experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those who have received a late diagnosis or are exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent. I have also worked extensively with LGBTQ+ individuals and communities, as well as with psychotherapy and counselling trainees throughout their training and professional development.
My therapeutic style is warm, open and respectful. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, understood and able to explore whatever they bring to therapy at a pace that feels right for them.
I offer sessions in English and Greek and currently work online via Zoom.
