A recent move has brought me back to the North West where I'm enjoying that feeling of being home. Home is where the heart is, which can be difficult for some folk, I have an understanding of being away, but also the excitement which can be there with travelling and experiencing new cultures and ways of being. I have enjoyed volunteering at different counselling agencies and the experience that has brought, one of which was an addiction centre in the middle of England, I have an understanding of difficulties with alcohol misuse and the 12 Step Program, which I hope to pass onto my clients.Â
