About the Therapist
INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES THERAPY. I am a naturally warm and friendly Psychotherapist with an understanding and empathic nature. I possess a deep passion and commitment towards supporting you on your journey towards reaching your goals for the future. I recognise that the initial stages of therapy can be daunting and difficult for many which is why I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings, and the reasons for you accessing therapy. The relationship in which we build is extremely important in the therapy process and I will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation for the work that we do together.
I have a real passion for my career as a therapist and I am committed to improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing of adults and young people.

I have many years experience of working with children, young people and adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I have worked in a children’s home and for a charity that supports vulnerable young homeless people. As well as my private practice, I have volunteered working with clients with a vast range of presenting issues; at an organisation providing talking therapy to people who have experienced sexual abuse and currently volunteer in a primary school working therapeutically with children through play, art and talking therapy.
I have worked alongside many individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. The belief that you are the expert in your life underpins the work I offer. This is why I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist allowing my work with you to be tailored towards your individual needs.
When you contact me we can discuss your reasons for accessing therapy at this time and how we could work together. Once you have decided if you would like to go ahead, we can arrange our first session which is an opportunity for us to meet one another, complete an assessment form and go over our contract together, and decide how we will progress forward.
