About the Therapist
Humanistic Relational Psychotherapist,with specific training and interest inGSRD therapy,Work with people facing Death and Dying,Positions of privilege and power in therapy, particularly relating to health and social inequality relating to poverty, and working-class people.Thinking with an Intersectional lens, to consider, and be curious about how our uniquely individual, and many different ways of being, and identities, impact our relationship to self and other. I offer a relational, talking psychotherapy, which is informed by my training and practice in psychodynamic integrative psychotherapy, dance movement therapy and body psychotherapy. This means that in our work together I may invite you to bring your awareness to your felt sense, your body, and your breath.
