I have extensive experience working with individuals facing loss, bereavement, trauma, and suicidal ideation. My approach is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore these difficult emotions safely. I’ve also worked with young people, helping them navigate complex feelings related to identity, relationships, and mental health challenges. My integrative method combines different therapeutic techniques to address your specific needs, whether that means processing grief, managing trauma, or finding hope during times of crisis. Together, we work at your pace, focusing on healing and building resilience.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you decide if I’m the right fit for your needs. This initial chat gives us a chance to discuss what you're looking for in counselling and answer any questions you might have before committing to full sessions. It’s important that you feel comfortable, and this consultation is a great way to start. For my counselling sessions, I offer a straightforward fee structure to keep things as clear as possible. My standard rate is £50 per individual session, which typically lasts around 50 minutes. For couples counselling my rate is £75 for a 60 minute session and £100 for a 90 minute session.Â
