About the Therapist
I am a BACP-registered gay male integrative therapist who is committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.
My integrative training allows me to tailor my approach to fit the individual needs and the uniqueness of each of my clients. I work with an international client base spanning all ages, from 18 to 60+.
My work draws on many years of life experience having been involved in competitive sports and having held Director roles in both the property and media sectors before embarking on this therapy 'chapter' of my career. My training and client work have expanded my self-awareness and allowed me to be more accepting of myself and others, which has proved hugely beneficial.
I would relish the prospect of helping you work through whatever it is you feel may be holding you back or troubling you. In the process I feel confident that you will gain some clarity and achieve enhanced levels of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

I firmly believe it is the power of the 'relationship' that is formed between us that will become the most important component in our work. I use an integrative approach using elements of person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, transactional analysis, emotional-focused, and compassion-focused therapy.
I balance gentle challenge with supportive exploration, sometimes using creative or experimental techniques to deepen awareness. I share observations when helpful and place honesty, authenticity, and openness at the heart of the process.
I won’t tell you what to do, but I may offer resources when appropriate. You lead the pace and direction, while I accompany and guide you through what feels most important to you. My aim is to help reduce the power of whatever is holding you back and support greater self‑acceptance and understanding. My practice is a non‑judgemental space for people of all cultures, identities, and life stages.
