My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and somatically informed, rooted in the belief that healing and growth come through genuine understanding, self-awareness, and connection. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, collaborative, and grounded, where autonomy and emotional truth can flourish.
In our work together, I invite curiosity about your inner world. How early experiences, relationships, and embodied emotions shape who you are today. Therapy can offer not only relief from distress, but also a chance to deepen self-knowledge and reclaim a sense of agency and aliveness.
I also have a background in somatic practices, mindfulness and breath work and bring this tone of calm and presence to my therapy sessions.
