About the Therapist
I'm a UKCP and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist working with adults, young people and the LGBT community with issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, domestic abuse, relationship problems, low self-esteem, anger, burnout, self-harm, childhood trauma, attachment issues, bereavement and grief, PTSD, addictions and other mental health disorders. I use different psychotherapeutic techniques according to each client's needs, most importantly, those techniques that appeal to them. Depending on your preferences and requirements, we may set on talking therapy, relaxing breathing, or deeper emotional work. During sessions, I seek to listen and empathize, and I welcome client feedback. It is important to me that my clients do not feel judged but safe and comfortable with me.
