About the Therapist
As a mother in a same-sex relationship, I understand the unique challenges faced by the LGBT community and I can help you to navigate them. I have extensively worked with LGBTQIA+ clients exploring their life experiences, sexuality and gender identities so you don’t have to face this alone—I’m here for you.
If you are feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety, depression or struggling with ADHD, low self-esteem, or family issues you’re not alone, and I’m here to support you
I’m Ania, an integrative psychotherapist, and I specialise in helping people navigate these struggles and many more. In my work, I’ve helped many people overcome these challenges and find a clearer path forward—and I’m here to help you do the same.
What makes my approach unique is that it’s informed by the latest neuroscientific research. Understanding how the brain works allows me to guide you to uncover the root of your challenges and create practical, effective strategies to move forward.
Here’s how I can help:
Sexual identity: My goal is to empower you to embrace your authentic self and find peace within while addressing the challenges that can arise in a world that may not always understand or accept you.
Anxiety & Depression: We’ll break free from cycles of worry and sadness, using tools designed to help you feel calmer and more in control.
ADHD: I’ll guide you in creating strategies that align with how your brain operates, making it easier to manage focus, stay organised, and feel grounded.
Low Self-Esteem: Together, we’ll explore and challenge the beliefs holding you back, helping you build a stronger, more confident sense of self.
Family Issues: Whether you’re dealing with conflict, strained relationships, or lingering pain from the past, we’ll work to bring clarity and healing to your connections.
My clients often tell me they feel understood and empowered in ways they didn’t expect. Many describe therapy as the turning point that helped them rediscover their strength and direction. Let’s make that your story, too.

My approach is informed by the latest neuroscientific research on memory consolidation and how memories are formed. Understanding how the brain stabilises and stores experiences help me work with clients to identify and shift unhelpful patterns. By exploring how past memories shape current thoughts and behaviours, I help clients break free from old narratives and develop more adaptive ways of thinking and living.
