Anna Daly
About the Therapist
I provide a safe space, in a non-judgemental environment, where people have the freedom to explore themselves. I am warm and I work at my client's pace in a gentle manner.
I am an integrative counsellor and use a variety of theoretical models. This collaborative approach enables me to work in a way that suits each individual client. Humour is very important to me and I believe it is often the thing that keeps us going when life gets tough.
I work with a lot of trauma, mostly sexual violence, and also work with many other issues. I have experience of working in private practice and for a charity.
I am also a qualified supervisor and trained using the Hawkins and Shohet 7 Eyed Model of Supervision.

See below for more details. I have worked with clients in deep distress. I'm very understanding, empathic, and maintain confidentiality. I realise it is difficult for people to open up but I believe counselling can make a difference.
I recognise the importance of finding the right counsellor that best suits your needs and that is why our initial meeting, lasting around 20 to 40 minutes, will be free of charge.
